Grief stricken gardener Mrs Tims of Mount Isa, Queensland recently flew an injured treefrog over 1000km after she accidentally hit it with her lawnmower while cutting her grass. She was so distressed when she discovered the injured amphibian that she patched up its wounds with gauze before flying it to the Frog Safe hospital in Cairns. Following two months of intensive care treating wounds and internal parasites, the frog is now home, safe and on the mend. He has been returned back to Mrs Tims who is nursing him back to full health.

Whether you think this story is hopping mad or un-frog-ettable, we at Harlands think it is a heartwarming tale :-)
